Cavallo Dance Az hosts a Latin social dance night at Mochilero Kitchen, 14850 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd St 117, Scottsdale, Az 85260, on the first Saturday of every month from 9pm-1am. The first one is Saturday October 3rd, 2026.
Cover is $10 at the door and includes a beginner salsa lesson at 9pm with Daniele and Leela. No partner needed and no experience needed. After the lesson, Dj Calidad of Bachata Addiction plays salsa and bachata until 1am. Mochilero Kitchen serves happy hour food and drink specials until midnight.

Do I need a partner or any experience?
No to both. Come alone or bring somebody. The night opens with a beginner salsa lessons, so you do not need to have danced before. We rotate partners during the lesson.
How much is it, and what does the $10 cover?
Cover is $10 at the door, and it includes the beginner salsa lesson. There is nothing extra to pay for the class. If you would like to pre reserve a spot for the class, you can prepay here on our event ticket page.
What time does the beginner lesson start?
The lesson starts at 9pm sharp (please do not be late) with Daniele and Leela of Cavallo Dance Az. Come a few minutes early. After the lesson, Dj Calidad of Bachata Addiction plays salsa and bachata until 1am.
Is there parking at Mochilero Kitchen?
Yes there is free parking in the entire shopping center at night, space is no problem.
Is the night 21 and over?
Yes, this is a 21 and over only event for the class and the entire evening.
