Latin Extravaganza & Showcase 2026
Cavallo Dance Az hosts our yearly Latin Extravaganza Saturday November 21st 2026 from 6pm-10pm, located at NRG Ballroom 931 E. Elliot Rd #101, Tempe, Az 85284. This will be our 4th year hosting this special event and you definitely don't want to miss out!
Tickets are $40 a person, and we have tables of 6 people, and 8 people available while supplies last. We always sell out before the week of the event. Dinner from the amazing Guidos starts at 6pm accompanied by live music from Monique and her band. We then have the Show from 7pm-9pm with great performances from amateur and professional dancers of Cavallo Dance Az. Dj Calidad of Bachata Addiction will be playing all the best tunes during intermission, and also during the social dance portion of the event from 9pm-10pm. A variety of Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, and Merengue will be played throughout the night. This event wouldn't be possible without the sponsorship of amazing local businesses including Guidos, Mochilero Kitchen, and Ilya Law.

Where is the Latin Extravaganza held?
It is held at NRG Ballroom 931 E. Elliot Rd #101, Tempe, Az 85284. Conveniently located off the 101 freeway and Elliot Rd.
Will there be a class?
No, there is no class at this event. There will be dinner, live performances and music, social dancing, and great salsa and bachata music.
How much is it, and what does the $40 cover?
Tickets are available on our website starting Saturday August 15th. Once all table seats are sold out for $40 a person, additional standing room tickets will be available to watch the show and social dance at a reduced price, but they will not include dinner.
What time does the event start?
Dinner starts at 6pm sharp with Live band for social dancing, followed by the Showcase from 7pm-9pm with more social dancing during intermission, and again from 9pm until the end of the event at 10pm.
Is there parking at Nrg Ballroom?
Yes there is free parking in the entire shopping center at night, space is no problem.
Is the night 21 and over?
No, this event is open to all ages and all levels of dancers. There will be children in the show and the audience as well, this is a family friendly event and alcohol is not served.
